Overview
UV DTF gang sheets fit multiple designs on a single sheet for hard-surface decoration. No heat press. No fabric. Peel each design and apply it by hand to rigid goods like tumblers, bottles, and cases. Order a short sheet for a small batch or a long sheet for a full production run.
Every sheet is printed in-house at our Gilroy, CA facility. New artwork is test printed before production begins. Settings are calibrated for consistent color, clean edges, and a durable full-color finish.

Application (No Heat)
How to Apply UV DTF
No heat press required. UV DTF is applied by hand.
- Clean and dry the surface. Remove dust, oils, and residue.
- Position the transfer and press it down by hand.
- Burnish firmly across the entire design to bond it to the surface.
- Peel away the carrier film, leaving the design in place.
Notes for clean results
- Apply to hard, non-fabric surfaces only. Not intended for apparel or fabric.
- Adhesion varies by surface material and texture. Test on your specific product before running a full batch.
- Firm, even burnishing improves the bond and reduces edge lift.
Delivery
Order Delivery
- Production starts after artwork approval. Files must be production-ready to enter the queue.
- New or unverified artwork may require a test print. This can extend turnaround time.
- Turnaround time is production-dependent. Volume, artwork, and approval status all affect timing.
- Orders placed before the daily cutoff are queued for the next available production window.
- Orders placed after the cutoff roll into the following production day.
- Shipping time begins after production is complete. Transit time is carrier-dependent.
- Local pickup is available. Pickup details are confirmed after order approval and final inspection.
