DTF Gang Sheets – Production-Ready Transfers
- In-house production
- Test printed before production
- Calibrated for consistency
- Built for real press environments
Overview
DTF gang sheets are the most cost-efficient way to produce multiple designs in a single order. Upload your artwork, fill the sheet, and cut your cost per print. Sizes range from 22"×24" to 22"×300", so you can order for a small client job or a large seasonal run.
Every sheet is printed in-house at our Gilroy, CA facility. New artwork is test printed before bulk production begins. Settings are calibrated for consistent ink coverage, clean edges, and reliable peel behavior.
Whether you're pressing a handful of custom garments for a client or running a full seasonal drop, the process is the same: upload, review, produce, ship.

- Etsy shop operators building seasonal and custom inventory

Pressing instructions
DTF Pressing Instructions
Equipment: Heat press recommended.
- Pre-press garment: 5–10 seconds to remove moisture and flatten fibers.
- Set press: 300–320°F (149–160°C). Medium to firm pressure.
- Press transfer: 10–15 seconds.
- Peel: Follow the film’s behavior.
— Hot peel: Peel immediately while hot.
— Cold peel: Let it cool fully, then peel. - Finish press (recommended): Cover with parchment or a finishing sheet.
Press 5–10 seconds. Improves durability and reduces edge lift.
Notes for clean results
- Use a smooth platen and even pressure across the image.
- Avoid steam. Moisture kills adhesion.
- Textured garments may need slightly more pressure or a longer finish press.
If you see issues
- Edges lifting: More pressure, add finish press, or increase time slightly.
- Poor adhesion: Increase pressure, confirm temp accuracy, and pre-press longer.
- Scorching/dye migration: Lower temp, shorten time, use a protective cover sheet.
Built for real press conditions. Process-first. No shortcuts.
