Description

San Jose-area print shops and apparel decorators need a DTF transfer supplier that runs on a consistent production schedule, not promises. ArmyTransfers operates out of Gilroy, CA and serves the entire South Bay region with production-ready DTF transfers built for professional workflows.

If you press daily, volume matters. So does consistency.

Gang Sheets and Single Transfers for South Bay Print Shops

ArmyTransfers supplies three core products designed for production environments.

DTF Gang Sheets

Combine multiple designs onto a single sheet. Available from 22"x24" up to 22"x300". Gang sheets reduce cost per print and maximize film usage. Built for shops producing apparel in volume.

Single DTF Transfers

Individual transfers printed to your specified size. Accurate sizing, clean detail reproduction, and reliable peel behavior. Used for small-batch runs, custom orders, and design testing.

Sample Packs

Real production transfers, not demos. Evaluate ink coverage, press behavior, peel characteristics, and adhesion performance before committing to production volume.

All products are calibrated for consistent results and test printed before production begins.

Why Production Decorators in San Jose Choose ArmyTransfers
  • Documented QC process. Every order goes through artwork review, test printing on new files, and visual inspection before shipping or pickup. Transfers that do not meet production standards are not released.
  • Gang sheet range built for volume. Sheets from 22"x24" to 22"x300" give you the layout flexibility to optimize cost per print across any run size.
  • Artwork review before production. Files are checked for resolution, edge quality, and color integrity. Production-ready files move faster through the queue.
  • Local pickup option for South Bay customers. Skip the shipping window. Local customers can arrange pickup rather than waiting on a carrier.
Local Pickup for San Jose-Area Customers

ArmyTransfers is based in Gilroy, CA, with South Bay pickup available for local customers. This is a scheduled pickup option, not a walk-in counter. Orders are released after passing final inspection. Pickup timing is confirmed after order approval.

For decorators in San Jose, Santa Clara, Campbell, Sunnyvale, Morgan Hill, and surrounding cities, local pickup is a practical alternative to standard shipping when your production schedule is tight.

DTF Transfer Supplier Serving the South Bay and Greater Silicon Valley

ArmyTransfers supplies DTF transfers to production decorators across the South Bay, including San Jose, Santa Clara, Gilroy, Morgan Hill, Campbell, Sunnyvale, Milpitas, Los Gatos, Cupertino, and surrounding South Bay communities.

Orders ship throughout California and across the U.S.

Pressing instructions
DTF Pressing Instructions

Equipment: Heat press recommended.

  1. Pre-press garment: 5–10 seconds to remove moisture and flatten fibers.
  2. Set press: 300–320°F (149–160°C). Medium to firm pressure.
  3. Press transfer: 10–15 seconds.
  4. Peel: Follow the film’s behavior.
    — Hot peel: Peel immediately while hot.
    — Cold peel: Let it cool fully, then peel.
  5. Finish press (recommended): Cover with parchment or a finishing sheet.
Press 5–10 seconds. Improves durability and reduces edge lift.
Notes for clean results
  • Use a smooth platen and even pressure across the image.
  • Avoid steam. Moisture kills adhesion.
  • Textured garments may need slightly more pressure or a longer finish press.
If you see issues
  • Edges lifting: More pressure, add finish press, or increase time slightly.
  • Poor adhesion: Increase pressure, confirm temp accuracy, and pre-press longer.
  • Scorching/dye migration: Lower temp, shorten time, use a protective cover sheet.

Built for real press conditions. Process-first. No shortcuts.

Delivery
Order Delivery
  • Production starts after artwork approval. Files must be production-ready to enter the queue.
  • New or unverified artwork may require a test print. This can extend turnaround time.
  • Turnaround time is production-dependent. Volume, artwork, and approval status all affect timing.
  • Orders placed before the daily cutoff are queued for the next available production window.
  • Orders placed after the cutoff roll into the following production day.
  • Shipping time begins after production is complete. Transit time is carrier-dependent.
  • Local pickup is available. Pickup details are confirmed after order approval and final inspection.

Production-ready files move faster. Test printing ensures consistent results.
