Pressing DTF Transfers on 100% Polyester
Polyester requires lower temperatures and lighter pressure to avoid heat damage or dye migration. Follow the guide below for clean, lasting transfers on polyester fabrics.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Pre-Press

Temp: 285–290°F

Time: 5 seconds

Pressure: Light to medium
2. First Press (Apply Transfer)

Temp: 285–290°F

Time: 10–12 seconds

Pressure: Light to medium
3. Cool Down

Let the garment cool completely before peeling the film (cold peel)
4. Final Press (Seal Press)
